How is a fair price determined?

The fair price is ascertained by determining the After Repaired Value of your house through comparable houses sold near yours, subtract 35% for holding costs, closing costs, administrative costs, marketing and profit. We then subtract the full repair costs that then leaves us with a fair offering price to you.

Even if you are in foreclosure, we work with banks to get a discounted purchase price to get you out of your situation and for us to buy the house at a fair price.
